Miles Cruz Boaz Seven Saglam

Founder & Creative Director, GOLFCAR Coffee

Miles Cruz Boaz Seven Saglam is a Belgian entrepreneur and creative director who redefined how the world experiences coffee. As the founder of GOLFCAR Coffee, he created the world’s first luxury mobile espresso atelier — a café without walls, built into a tailored electric cart, and designed to move with intention.

Born in Ghent on July 30, 1996, and shaped by a Turkish–European heritage, Saglam blends precision with poetry. He studied at IE Business School and EHL Hospitality Business School, developing a refined vision that bridges design, hospitality, and cultural experience.

He treats hospitality not as service, but as sensation — minimalist, material, and memory-driven.

Today, GOLFCAR Coffee serves espresso from a one-of-a-kind mobile cart — present at boutique weddings, private villas, and cultural gatherings. The cart moves, but the presence lingers.

Founding GOLFCAR Coffee

In 2024, Saglam envisioned something that didn’t yet exist: a fully electric, design-forward espresso atelier built inside a golf cart — elegant, branded by silence, and unlike anything in the global coffee industry.

After late-night sketches and tests, GOLFCAR Coffee quietly launched in Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium, in 2024. It wasn’t a product — it was a statement. The first of its kind in the world.

By 2025, the atelier was invited to launched champagne editions, and began exclusive collaborations with leading designers, hoteliers, and private hosts.
